Currently Game Center doesn‘t work for neighbours in Sims Freeplay. We don’t know if and when it will work again. More info can be found in that topic: https://simsfp.perturbee.net/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=6094 For now there‘s only Facebook left for neighbours. So if you have a Facebook Account you could add some players from that topic: https://simsfp.perturbee.net/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7 or leave a link to your Facebook profile there.
