Care Bears Update / Thanksgiving - Infos, Changes, Bugs

Don’t know when this was resolved, but can finally add items atop the 2500 Simoleon Pink/White/Blue Nursery tables. That bugged me since introduction, especially when I hit the object limit of my white-themed house.

Because of that, I noticed I had two of those in my inventory—one from a Mystery Box, and one from an Online Store pack—and my object-capped house thinks the one listed under the Toddler tab of the Home Store is different than the one listed under the Baby tab. Weird.

According to the Game Changers the 2nd Part of the Care Bears Update will be available at the App Stores soon. Somewhere I read it will be there on 2nd November, but didn’t find the source for this info again

Do you have the game on a second device? It may work to upload again from there and then try to download on the first device right away. !Depending on when you downloaded on your second device you may lose progress!

If you‘re usually logged in with Game Center and Facebook, then try to download with only Game Center logged in.

If you still don’t get your Cloud save, you need to contact the Firemonkeys. Hope, you know your player ID.

The same thing is happening on my secondary device! So I can’t access the game to get to my player ID or submit a ticket. I’m usually logged in with Game Center only.

If I “start a new game” on my second device would that give me a different player ID? Would I be able to submit a ticket from there?

You will keep your Player ID and it‘s possible to contact the Online Support from there. Have a look into the game‘s settings if the „Auto Cloud Save“ is toggled off. If you decide to play a little with that new town, take care not to tap the globe when it appears. This would overwrite your latest cloud save.
