Can't use toilets

I have tried everything. Clear cache, uninstall/reinstall, different devices, different toilets from inventory and home store. Sometimes it works but most the time the sit on it and the action completes super fast and their bladder bar stays the same. So frustrating! Please help!

There seems to be a bug in your game that needs to be solved by the Firemonkeys. If possible contact the Online Support within the game.
