Love And Treasure Discovery Quest Bug - Talk to LJ Silva

I am unable to complete the Love and Treasure discovery quest as my Sims can't listen to LJ Silva for the final time (91% quest completion) because the wizard is standing on the X mark.
I am unable to make the wizard move.
I am unable to make LJ Silva move.
I am unable to skip the task.
I have turned my device on and off.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
I have raised this query multiple times with online support, with no solution.
This glitch has stopped me from progressing with this quest for years. I am unable to unlock many areas of the map due to the incomplete Love and Treasure quest.
Please help!

I saw your post and the screenshot at the answers hq already. (Link to answers hq.)
To me it looks like you need help within your game, but only a SFP developer can step in.

Looking at your screenshot again, I honestly don’t understand, why the Online Support didn’t help.

Tap the black EA button at the right hand side bottom. I guess, you need to log in - use the same account like at answers hq.
