News:

• 25 Days of Gifting will begin from 4th February, there are 25 gifts to unlock over 25 days and you will have one day to claim each of them from the inbox from 7am UTC (players need to be level 11+ to unlock the gifts)
• Celebrate Black History Month with two FREE packs from the online store! Hip to the Hop and Braided Afros will both be available between 1st-28th February
• If you head to the Party Boat and visit Another Sim Town during this update, the makers have created a Freeplay Museum showcasing some of their favourite items from over the years
• The Paperboy will be giving double rewards between 12th- 15th February

Another Simtown has had major developments! My main traveler had all his relationships there because they never changed or left their houses lol...joke's on me! He spent some time this morning making connections in the hew version.
Haven't found the museum yet so I'll keep poking around...

I wasn’t able to visit right away. My Party Boat still only works right after logging in with FB. Logging out manually didn’t work either, so I had to wait until the game logged out automatically

For whatever reason I expected the known town, just with one or a few new homes and Sims, but in fact it is a completely different town with new Sims and the known ones aren’t there.

The museum is the home next to the Police Station.

So actually a couple Sims 1 legacy items and mid-century recolors will be the daily surprise gift. The bed and hot tub are on time for V-Day...

And in the new museum they showcase some unreleased items, the candy machine is really nice..

I have a town on the former update, so I could take some screenshots

Edit to add: The gumball machine is placed in a wrong direction.

A change that’s not so nice:
When I’m visiting neighbors, their Sims aren’t inspired anymore, although they are inspired in the neighbor’s live town. The pets happiness bars are stuck at 50 % no matter how often my Sim cuddles them.

My Sims need to practice auctioneering twice. But several other tasks have disappeared.

According to the preview in the game all events start one day later than mentioned in the list from the Blog Notes.

The game still logs out from Facebook about once a day; logging out manually doesn’t always work.
Using the Party Boat only works for a short time after logging in with Facebook, so visiting neighbors isn’t always possible.
Visiting Another Sim Town is possible if one is logged in with Game Center only.


The loading screen and some of the shown sentences while loading the game are new.
