Green pools

I have 2 new free houses I built and the pools are green. My Sims can't get the water cleaned. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Does the pool stay green after your Sim did the job several times? In this case you’d need help from Online Support.

Thanks ErinPW! After a few days of trying to clean them and restarting ect...lol.....I found that I had to stay on that Sim the entire time it took to clean the pools. Every now and then my pools start acting up again so I just repeat restarting ect and babysit the Sim while they clean.
