How can I get a 3rd child in the house, the game only allows 2

by game design, only max of 4 Sims allowed per household, thereby a married couple can have max 2 kids...

however, some have encounter a random and hard-to-reproduce glitch that let them getting a twin on the 2nd child attempt.

I seem to remember reading (on EA and/or FM forums) about a glitch with one of the cribs that allowed you to add as many babies as you wanted to a household. Can't remember all the details. And that glitch may have been fixed with one of the recent updates. Does anyone else remember and/or know more about this glitch?

Molly has arrived! But how do I make her toilet symbol green? I've changed her diapers 4 times, fed her, had people cuddle her, changed her again, finally set her to hibernate while Uncle Lee bakes a cake, in case I want to grow her up when the children's store is finished.
