Is the two story house worth building?

I've managed to save enough to build the two story mansion but hesitate to press the build button. If you've built it, we're you happy with it?

I was. I put a family of 4 in it and it add to your town value significantly.

it is a nice, and complet mansion. u can do almost evereything here. put some more object, and it becomes an HFN.

I remodeled parts of it to fit my needs, but I like it. Some of the rooms are kind of huge. That might be positive or negative depending on your personal taste.

Thank you, that is a very useful thread. I did build the two story mansion shortly after my original post. I have repurposed a couple of rooms, but made no structural modifications. My record mogul and family happily reside there.

I would never have got in when it was more expensive, but now they've reduced it to a reasonable price, I got one. I personally don't think it's anything special; there's nothing in it that you can't get yourself in any other house.

May i ask how you get the two story mansion? I assume you are talking of when you click to build a new home in a new plot? I have a regular mansion, never seen any two story buildings?
