Neighbor House

Post by telemwill »

Do we have a thread for neighbor houses yet? I have done some minor renovations on mine at #11 West Side.

First, though my neighbor house does not have a pool, it does now have a pool lounge. So you can mellow out between my friendly plants.

I have also added a preteen desk for your convenience.

Pumpkins have been added in honor of the Fall season at my neighbor home and at every home in my neighborhood. You can now ghost hunt all over town during the month of October.

At #4 West Oceanside, you can find some items missing from my neighbor house. Here you will find a fire-pole, a pool with diving board and pool toys and pool furniture, a dog, and, most recently, a cat as well. Little Chloe is happy about that addition.

Let me know if there is something you are unable to find.

My neighbor house is my starter house now that Charlie and Katie moved their family. Since most of my people have leveled out in their jobs, I put most of the practicing stuff there and I've been trying to add things for goals as I come across them for MY goals with neighbors. There isn't a pool, that's over at Amos's house, on the next block over, closer to the beach. If you need to do stuff with pets or little kids, go to Charlie's new house over by the real estate office - you can see Molly's play house in the back yard, where her train set is located, right near the lighthouse. I have to learn the addresses! It's still very simple and I'm slowly upgrading the furnishings from 1 star to 2 star and 3 star items as I upgrade other houses, but it's a start! I wanted to be hospitable, since everybody here has been so kind.

Telemwill the lounger between the Sim eating plants is hysterical. I'm going to add some of those for Halloween.

I started out like this too. I like adding and building slowly. It spreads out the fun. Sounds like you have a fun town. I enjoyed seeing Molly playing in her new yard.

I have two houses really because... I guess I'm just scattered. I aim to get it all in one place but so far it's not. My designated "Neighbor House" is at #2 Eastside
#2 Eastside
#2 Eastside
Febreeze Bathroom

The other house is a reworked Beach House. The computers, pool, BBQ Pit, telescope, weather machine, are over here. I do not have a fire pole. My dogs are at other houses too. so really I have a lot to round up yet. But this house is close at #1 East Oceanside
Fancier House

Computers

I sorta want a Neighbor House that is dedicated to that and no one lives there but I just don't have all that stuff yet to have it in one place. I'd like to have a robot dog live at the visitor house. All my "real" dogs need to live with families. So as with everything in SFP, it's a work in progress.

Mine are still two places, and I just got the cat, so you are not the only one scattered around. It takes forever to get a firepole. Don't feel at all pressured to add one. I tend to keep about five million simoleons now, so it gets easier over time. I am a little under that now with all the building I've done, but I' m working now to get back to my minimum.

I have 2 neighbours houses. The first is my in game "community lot" which has a fashion designing room, woodwork room, creche for the toddlers, items for pre-teens, all career skill building items, a pool (no diving board yet as I keep leaving my diving sim standing on a diving board with a ! over his head and forgetting he is there!). It has both a cat and dog and caretakers bedroom and a small cinema! It's located at 1 West Oceanside, the first premium lot by the community centre for those like me who can never remember the addresses!

My second neighbour house is at 4 West Oceanside, the opposite end of that row and is my main sim families home. There is a skills room and designing/woodwork room by the pool. Has virtually the same bits as my dedicated "community lot". There is a dog and cat.

Finally I have a haunted house located at 20 Westside, the opposite end of the row where the starter house is. It's nothing special but has all the different ghost hunting items so you can catch the ghosts quite quickly!
