Buy new phone and Can't Play (Stuck on Update Check)

Yesterday I just bought new phone, LG G2.

I already install The Sims Freeplay but..When I Play it,the game just came up that can't find my WiFi Connecion.
It's not happen in other app that use internet connection.
So I tried to use Mobile Data Connection..Again it can't load additional files. So is this just app problem for this device or not.
or I have to try other way.

it dosen't have any code. it's just can't download additional files to play because the app can't find any internet connection..Just this App in this Phone (LG G2) :{

I guess you have to submit a ticket to firemonkeys then...

This problem has started on Saturday and is still ongoing.
Existing games may get stuck on "Checking Updates" at the very start of the game too.
I have tested it with both existing and new games, existing ones may or may not get through, newly installed games get stuck at connecting to the server(s).

If you do get the WiFi/3G/Exit menu, tapping back reveals 0MB to download and/or the countrygate message with error -15.

I did submit a ticket for this, but I have no illusions about a speedy fix.

The only work-around for the "Checking Updates" is never closing the game through the exit button, just using the home button and leaving it active in the background. Once exited, you might get stuck.

Ah I had a scrolling on "Checking Updates" start on Saturday morning and cursed BT for it thinking my broadband was playing up! In the end I used my home button to exit and then did a restart on my android, waited until it had confirmed it had connected the wifi and restarted the game & is started just fine.

warnng: leaving sfp up,in background and doing a reboot may force youmto have to do a restore. make sure youm do frequesnt backups to cloud.

i know because it happened to me. sfp froze ao i HAD to,reboot. and i had just bought 10 free stereos ... lostbthem because i thought imhad saved ... but then again i couldnt once the game froze.

I had my tablet going yesterday, but this morning it decided to check again and got stuck there. Meh!

At Play store, SFP app is dated as 7 Oct 2013... seems like they release a patch or glitch?
