Problems connecting with neighbors

Hello All,

I have 100 neighbors and more than half either don't have the things needed to complete challenges and a lot of others don't have saved data OR I can't connect to them. The connecting issue just started yesterday. So questions are:

Has anyone else had either of those problems?

Can we dump certain neighbors?

Welcome mominva!

I don't know about the connecting issue. Sometimes the lack of saved data is a temporary problem. But if you have a neighbor who is always, always without up-to-date save data, there is no harm in removing them from your list. Are you using facebook or game center for neighbors?

Currently using Game Center neighbors. How do I remove them? I have quite a few that never have saved data.

I don't have iOS 7 yet, don't know, whether it's still the same.
Open your Game Center, tap "friends" The list should show the same name like your partyboat, but it's sorted alphabetically.

Tap the name, at the bottom on the right hand side you see "defriend" and "report" or
Tap the name and slide to the right. Then you'll see the red button "defriend"

There will not be the question, whether you're sure.

Hello All -

I am constantly experiencing the error of "cannot connect to neighbor". The only town i seem to be able to connect to is Another Sim Town. Is anyone else having this issue? It happened before the update and is continuing to happen. Beyond frustrating!!!

I have the 'cannot connect to neighbor' issue too. What seems to help is completly close the app and then try again.
Most of the times I can connect then. But it is pretty frustrating.

Me too. I find if you force-quit the app and re-launch it, it works. Rather annoying though.
