Lost all my neighbours and now only have a new low level one

I only just changed my first preteen to a teen and whether it's caused a problem I'm not sure but I just went to visit a neighbour's town and only one town (I usually have over 100 neighbours) came up and it was called "Another Sim Town"
Very strange anyone else have this problem?

Another Simtown has been around since the Neighbours update, set up by SFP itself for all players. It probably didn't show up earlier for you as you should see only your top 100 neighbours. Suggest you try force closing the app and restarting your device. Then log in and out of FB/Game Centre depending on which one you are using. Hopefully your neighbours should reappear aafter that. I did not have the problem when I changed 2 preteens to teens yesterday.
