I wish I'd had a list! I just started with the basics, when my starter family moved out of the starter house. So all the basic furniture was there for sleeping, watching TV, cooking, using the bathroom (I need to add a tub). I added a computer and a bookcase.

As each Sim leveled up in employment, I moved the practicing items out of their home into the starter home, so there is a mirror, soccer ball, fire hydrant, blackboard and fashion design thing there.

My ghost hunting house is the empty house next door. I moved all of my haunted items out of my ghost hunters' homes and put them in the one house. There is basic furniture there, too.

I don't have pets or a pool at either house - they are elsewhere (not comfortable leaving pets alone in an empty house - being somewhat involved in animal rescue, I hear too many horror stories about pets abandoned when the owners move out or are foreclosed on!) Trying to figure out how to put a small pool with pool toys at the "haunted" house - if I can squeeze it in.

I know I don't have everything yet, but I try to add them as I come across the goals myself, assuming I have enough Simoleans to get stuff. I never sell off furniture after moving, it all goes in inventory or gets stored in the empty houses. The house next to the fire station is set up like a dorm for the fire fighters - bedroom with lots of single beds, kitchen and lots of beat up old sofas with a TV and a book case in the living room. Wish they made "commercial grade" looking appliances - stainless steel counters, tables, appliances for things like that, then it would look more like a real fire house. I missed out on the construct-o-coins, because I would really like to make that a 2 story house with the beds upstairs and a fire pole! Hopefully someday, I can add the second floor and get a fire pole - I don't even know if that's still available.
I think, therefore, I Sim! (Or I did before they told me to "harvest" them)
