Resources?

Since the update my resources have dried up, what do I have to do to get some pearls and gold, haven't got any of those at all since updating!

I got 1 gold yesterday when somebody woke up from a catnap. I am still getting bronze and granite and igneous rock while gardening and using any toilet. No magma embers since they took the Febreze away. Maybe we have to watch the Progressive channel over and over? Ugh, 8 minutes of wasted time - 1 minute would be plenty, I could even live with 3, but 8 is ridiculous.

Since the update my resources have dried up, what do I have to do to get some pearls and gold, haven't got any of those at all since updating!

I got a single pearl from one of the regular toilets since the update. I haven't gotten any magma embers or gold. I did get one Bliss (swirly wind icon) from planting. Otherwise, I too am getting just the regular easy resources, but not with the same frequency as I was before the update.

I suspect I won't ever finish the monuments.

I just got a magma ember making friends with a neighbor - doing handshakes and high fives. I was over in Bazlit's neighborhood, and those were the shortest interactions I could do to make friends and get the extra XP from his monuments. It's not as fast as the toilet and now I think Rosmerta needs an ice pack for her shoulder! Must have done 30 handshakes and 50 high fives, plus 10 bro-hugs - did you all notice the bro hug has changed? It's not just a hug with a pat on the back - there's a complicated hand jive thing going on now, too!

It irks me that there are no more instant finish action. I'm really bummed about that.

Bazlit, Aberforth got another magma ember from Edward at your house. Charlie got gold. Got more pick axes, granite, etc. but at least each of my visitors got one good resource by making friends - although the hand shake and high five stuff must make them hate me - I think I wore Edward out, he kept trying to get away from Charlie (Charlie was the 3rd person to go make friends with him within the hour) and Charlie kept following him to get him to finish enough high fives to make them good friends But I worked my way up from 82% to 97% toward finishing level 31 - maybe when all of my people come home from work, I'll make it over the top so I can get a new Sim! Edward could probably use a nap!

I got 2 pearls today..., the first pearls, and from the same toddler. One came from splashes in the kiddie pool, (2 mins.?), and the other from 7 mins. in the sandbox.

I haven't gotten many resources at all since the update. Even with tons of chest bumps, high fives, etc. When I do get them it's usually for the sim idol update, which we don't even have yet. I'll be glad when it gets here so we can do something with these teenagers. Other then starting over on diving or ice skating, they are kinda useless. Send them to school...two hobbies....about the same as preteens.

I've been getting heaps of resources some seem to be way scarcer than others like this one. So annoying!
