Hi, I'm Annabelle. I've found this form very useful just browsing around it the last few weeks.
About me: I'm 29, am a librarian, have a 9 year old son, and love books, clothes and Sims Freeplay. I don't think I've ever liked a game this much before.
I've set up a Sims-only facebook and a neighbor house. Feel free to add me; I only have one neighbor at the moment.
Neighbor house: 2 East Side
Cat and dog with Frisbee: 11 West Side

Hi I'm Erin, my GC url is [rinrenee], started playing about a month ago only on level 21, I need to add people to my party boat because I can't do the social tasks and the 'another sim town' doesn't have everything I need most of the time.

I don't know what else to say so bye :D

(Ps I discovered this forum because I was looking at a way to do something and I'm at school and this was the only site not blocked)

Hi I called myself ChezWinterton after one of my Sim families. I feel like I just started playing in comparison to most here, but thanks for this forum, as I now have a couple of neighbours. I am pretty old in real life so most of my actual RL facebook friends are too "busy" to play SFP. Shame!
I just do it to escape the children lol

Hi, my name is Ri! I absolutely adored the sims freeplay (slightly less impressed with the recent updates). I'm more interested in the creating side of sims. I love creating families based on characters from books and movies, and designing their house so it matches the descriptions that I've read.

The death update has sadly thrown a spanner in the works, and I often have a character from the Harry Potter world living in a Game of Thrones inspired fort these days. :(

Hi! I'm Hannah.
I've been using this forum for several months now, almost a year actually. Originally I just used it for building inspiration, but eventually got to liking the entire forum. :D
I have been playing video games for about 10 years.
I started playing Sims Freeplay during Oct. 2013 on my tablet, and started a game on my phone 2 months ago. Unfortunately, when trying to update to the Pets version (Sept. 2014) on my tablet, my save data was corrupted and I had to restart the game. I lost 11 months of progress, including: 5+ families, 9 specially designed buildings, all the long hair styles, and nearly 40 levels of progress.
I'm still playing both games. But having to reset my higher level game was quite upsetting, considering it was all for nothing. The reason? I heard the Pirate quest was limited time, like the Long Hair quest was. It's not.
That's my story! Hopefully I can help others out on here.

I just realised I filled this in, rambled on about my gameplay and said nothing about myself!! I am 29 years old, I am an historian and currently studying Mathematics to get my A level in it. I am unmarried at the moment and have no children. I love books, walking, technology, snooker and crafting.

Oh, I'd missed this thread... I'm 30 and started playing a month ago. One of the first thing I did was build the wizard tower because I thought "Magic! Cool!" Because of that I learned to LP grind very quickly, and I'm now level 30 thanks to all that cooking ^^
I just wish all the main quest were a little faster to do. I have weeks and weeks of time limited goals to keep up with, every time I finish a quest a new one starts. That's a little tiring sometimes. Luckily I found this place and that helps a lot to plan ahead.

Hi, I'm Miri.

I started playing when I got my new tablet at the beginning of December; I reset a couple times due to things going a bit wrong and figuring out how the gameplay would work best, am now at level 19 with TV just under $1mil.

I found this site b/c I was trying to figure out why I'm not finding any of the metal I need to upgrade the terra monument. Lots of useful info here, thank you all!
http://www.facebook.com/miridvora , please send a message mentioning sfp and this forum.

Am a newbie at the game (started at the beg of Dec 2014, with a couple restarts when I screwed things up), TV ~ $3mil and nothing really useful set up yet).

I'm 26 and Sims Freeplay is the first Sim series I've ever played.

In fact, it's probably the first game I've ever *sort of* committed to for more than a week. I'm a novice gamer in general. It took me months to wrap my head around the strategy of point-grinding and so I've been leveling up fine but really slow in quests and building. I've only started becoming a silent lurker here a couple of months ago and my gaming experience has changed in some - many - ways since then..

I've read about glitches, events and items that I've missed from not starting to play much earlier, such as teen idol mansion / orb resale strategy, big Daily Reward, long hair and Reindeer farm - aww. I can't believe long hair isn't available in any way to us new players now. I'm an environmental designer by profession so it's no surprise that I'm very much into renovating, but have to slow down on that since Oct price hike! This time around a minor renovation could cost me $10k. Really looking forward to building contemporary-style homes, and also ones with tropical/Balinese theme.

I'm into books, cooking, wine and (SCUBA) diving; honestly thinking the last item could replace one of the 4+hour horses hobbies -.-
