I have a problem with my sims, i created a family but then I decided to remove the father from my town, I moved the mother to another sim house and the preteen now is living alone .. How can i get my preteen to live with her new family ?

I guess, you don't have a cloud save from the time before the mother has married?

Then you can whistle your preteen to her mothers house. S/he can "live" there, but will go to the other house when school is over, or when you use the send home button.

Another way should be to age up the child to a teen. As I read, they can move in to other sims.
