How do I take the house down to the grass? Ive tried resizing and whatnot and I still havent managed to do so.
I want to modify my starter house as a HFN and I wanted a clean slate but cant. please help?

Click the middle of a room when you're in build mode. A popup will uh, ... pop up and ask you to confirm if you want to delete a room.
Deleting a room will put all its contents into your inventory.

i only have 1 x 3-storey house and i'll stay with that... at least until i unlocked the teen idol mansion...
with so many levels, it will take a lot of time and effort to plan and decorate the entire house for a family... so now i've made it an inhabited one, with outdoor being an area for woodworkers and gardening, level 1 a cooking classroom, 2nd floor a day-care (yet to decorate properly) and level 3 music studio for teens (again yet to decorate)
