What "rare items" do you hope to get in the mystery boxes?

Do you mean those fish tanks? Those are really cheap. I think I bought one under the "specials" tab for 99cents on a sale. They are like $1.99 real money... But once you buy them the are free after that. Like you can get small and large as many as you want. Correct me if I'm wrong but I know that's why I use them a lot. They're free. Course, maybe that's not what your referring to at all.. Just in case...

I just joined, have been playing Sims Freeplay obsessively for about 3 months.

The first week the mystery box was released I spent my first key. This week I did not spend it but kept going on completing all the goals as they came up. To my surprise, I just received a second key ! The message still says "come back in x days for a new challenge etc". ...but I earned the key. I'm starting again to see if I earn another. I started to think the wording might just be strange when I earned the extra Simoleons at 50% and I was right.got the extra Lifepoints again at 75 % as well.

Thought people would want to know. Love all the beautiful homes. I play in order to design, just wish I'd started earlier when they had the high daily bonuses ( my town is worth 17 million, I'm on level 37 and I only get $7,900 a day ! , but the cost to buoild is in the millions) anyway, good luck !

Hi Desiree! I haven't played for that much longer than you but I have TV worth 19.9 mil and I receive $7323 a day. What kind of voodoo math is this game pulling on me?

Regardless, welcome to the wonderful world of sims freeplay. I, too, wish that I had started earlier because that haunted mansion from last halloween looks so good and I'm sad I missed out. Oh, and the construction coin thingy. *sigh* Best not to dwell on it, I guess.

There will always be random goals, but they only start counting towards a key once every week.
I think every box requires 20 goals completed successfully, and it's pot luck what goals you get during that 7-day period.

You can continue to do goals, but you can't get another key until you complete 20 within the next one-week time period.

On a related matter, has anyone actually opened box 3 yet and got a "premium item"? If so, what was it?

Also, I was thinking.... it might be sneaky, but would it be possible to save your game, use your keys, and if you don't like what you get, re-load your saved game (and either try again or save the keys for later)?

I think I am so new starting I am thrilled with anything I get. So many things I missed. Any of those missed items would be perfect.
