gold bars and stuff

I am having a hard time with the island, I've been able to do only 1 thing.
(Riches of Terra it's groud/earth, like gardening or looking on the globe (also baking).)
I can't even get 1 gold bar and I didn't get the treasure chest
I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I'm gardening, cooking, grilling, working. I don't have a glob, I just don't have $ for it.

I've found that spraying the frebreze toilet gets you lots of resources, it didn't work for me at first but for the past week it has given me loads!

Oh thanks, I'll do that. I did just get 1 granite tonight so at least I know I can still move forward. I have 3 of 2 picks :/ ( and it's 6 LPs for me not 3 to buy pass). I did get a globe tonight too, it was 10k I thought it was 100k haha mmmm I hope it helps.

Ducky, find a neighbor who has leveled up thir monuments and use their Febreze toilet. You will get more resources and a huge flame XP bonus.

AND if you can, get a PreTeen to do it they have been getting great results!

I find gold bars, pearls and the ember thing very hard to get, but chisels, granite, onyx and limestone really easy!

I recently realized I hadn't put Febreze toilets in my HFN! I have them in lots of other places, but fixed that boo-boo recently. I think we should add the Febreze toilet as an item we now need in the HFN's. One of my neighbors has ALL the monuments built, but no toilet -- and by toilet I of course mean that advertising whiz the Febreze toilet!. Can you imagine my dismay?

I thought I had found the mother lode. Anyway, anyone using my town should now find it somewhat more productive. I also have, thanks to Erin and Haley Belle, received enough of that precious magma to have my monuments upgraded at least a bit.

But yes, pearls, magma embers, and gold bars are my tripping points also.
