Ghost hunting clothes 1st Nov

Is anyone else getting a pop up message when opening game

Saying that if we collect all ghost by 1st November 2013

We get some kind of new clothes which I think is ghost hunting clothes .

I have collected all ghosts twice since getting that message, but still have not received any new clothes ! ??

So am wondering if anyone has done this goal received gift

( It's not the Halloween goals to get lifts etc... I have done all that already )

I can only assume it's referring to the Teen Roman Costumes that we got.

Shame, I would love that preteen Dracula costume that I've seen from a few years back. Or even better, some adult costumes.
Maybe next year.

They're in the fancy dress shop, only for Teens.
You need to have caught most of the new ghosts. I forget exactly where it came (3rd, 4th or 5th set) - search the forum for more details.

There are quite a few free costumed. I put everyone in costume of sorts and one I can't recognize anyone!

Do we need to have the costume shop built before November 1? I have unlocked the costumes but haven't built the costume shop. I don't have a major need for it, so I was saving funds for other stuff. I was just wondering if the costumes would be lost if I don't build the shop by November 1 though? I guess it's too late to try, if they are going to take them away after the first. I thought the costumes would be available to me whenever I want to use them, as I have unlocked them, but I shouldn't assume things

It's a costume. Under the shower and in a pool he wears his bathing shorts, when I send him to work, he wears his suit.
