Please can someone tell me where you get the blackboard from to write on someone said it was a keyboard in the teen section but l can't find one ?????

It's on the pier at the park. You don't need to buy one.

You can't buy a keyboard until after you finish your plan at the park. They don't show up in the teen store until that goal is done.
I think, therefore, I Sim! (Or I did before they told me to "harvest" them)
