I was going to make it into a skate park too so I know how you feel. I was going for that/
a single guy pad. I figured the graffiti would give a more rugged feel to the house and the guys. Lol. :/ I had even sketched it and all. I wish EA would sort that out.

thank you! so all houses have the default island fence, hm? I might just go ahead and build it anyway but it doesnt have the same feel to it! I have used all but 3 of the premium lots on my mainland but theyre reserved for other projects :lol

Perturbee (or others who know how):

You have done very useful grid views where the menu at the bottom disappears so more of the floor plan is in the screenshot. I can't figure out how to do this. I have taken screenshots of the Scandinavian house grid, but have to have about four screen shots to put together to get a really good "grid view."

Part of this problem with quality of my screen shots is that only the center grid is actually square. Perturbee's don't seem to have this same perspective. Does anyone know how to do this properly? Or, Perturbee, if you don't mind, could you explain it? (I searched but didn't find this interesting tidbit explained.)

I'm on an iPad mini (retina). Maybe "mini" is part of my problem?

Does anyone know if the two-storey unfurnished house has a pool on a premium lot?

Yes! the two story SP house comes with two pools on the premium lot. If it's on a beachfront lot, it keeps that view.

Did the price go up? I was going to buy it this week since I have just over 100SP but it's 300 now even on a small lot. Did I just remember wrong?

I haven't updated yet, and the two-story SP house on a standard lot is 300 SP for me. (Still, very pricey!) So I don't think it went up.
