Since the people in this thread are familiar with the pre-made houses on different lots, I figured I'd ask here (if that's a problem, tell me and I'll move it elsewhere) - I'm in need of a new house and I'm interested in getting more of the pre-made houses. I'll be getting the Player Designed House (39 LPs for me), Designer Home (42 LPs), Beachside Escape, (50 LPs) and Scandinavian House (250 SPs) on premium lots (the PDH because of the minimal price increase, the Designer Home and Scandinavian House because of the extra content, and the Beachside Escape because that's the only place it's available ) but I don't know if I should get the Pro Skater's Dream Pad in a regular or premium lot. The prices would be either 19 LPs or 29. I also want advice on the order I should get them in - is there a certain order that would be more cost-effective? Also, what is difference in appearance (if there is one) between premium lots in the city and premium lots on the island?

Not much difference in the cost for the order, but cost of the LP-house will have a one-time increase of 2 LPs from the 16th house onward.

Island premium lots will definitely not have any beach view, the surrounding walls and landscape would be different from city premium.

City premiums lots will, however, only offer beach view for some houses only. Check the pictures in the first few pages of this thread to see the city premium view for the pre-made house.

I've added pictures of the various pre-made houses built on the Island. Could not do it for SP-houses as I've not been earning SP for a long time.

Also noted that there are changes in some of the pre-made houses e.g.:
Pro-skater dream pad: The skeleton deco is gone (which some of you already noticed)
Sim Cinema: Refrigerator has changed and a wardrobe was placed next to it
Sci-fic shuttle: A wardrobe is added in between the 2 'space' bed.

Thank you so much guys! I think I've decided to get the PDH, Designer Home, Beachside Escape, and Scandinavian Home on the mainland premium lots. I'll also get the Pro Skater's Dream Pad on the mainland, but still deciding if I want it on a premium lot or not.

I hadn't realized not every city premium lot has a beach view - thank you for pointing that out, and for adding the island lot pictures! Also, uh, which house do you mean by the LP-house? Or do you mean all LP houses get that increase? Sorry, bit of a noob here!

Oh, and is the skate ramp movable? Not between houses but just on the lot itself. Like if I got the premium lot, would I be able to move the ramp to the back of the lot or no?

All LP houses get that one time increase. The skate ramp is not movable, nor is the fountain that comes win the player designed home and the Japanese retreat. I really wish they were...

Which pre-made houses come with cars?

I know that the One Bedroom Home (was the Family Home) comes with a red sedan. The Beach House and One Story Mansion both come with luxury cars. The Two Story Mansion does not. Are there any others besides the Teen Idol Mansion?

After looking through Microdot's Teen Idol Mansion, I came up with the following list of items contained within.
There's obviously a lot there; some of it is expensive, some costs LP and even SP. With 3 floors and the pool put into the equation, even at 80LP a time, I think it is well worth it!
