There is a red Sedan (nothing to do with a luxury car, but Still a free car...) with one of the small houses.

The One Bedroom Home (Family Home) is the one which comes with a red sedan.

Urgh I forgot about not getting the fence with a house on the island. I was going to build my villa on one of my spare lots there but I don't like the look of the ground and fences there. Looks like one of my premiums of the main town will have to go then to make space

Might be worth trying to build it on the island. A few select houses keep their fence like the mansion and haunted house... so maybe....

Is it possible to move a standard house over to the premium lot?

Also, are the ocean view residences the premium lots, or is that something else?
