There's obviously a lot there; some of it is expensive, some costs LP and even SP. With 3 floors and the pool put into the equation, even at 80LP a time, I think it is well worth it!

WOW! Thank you so much for this thread!!! I wasn't sure which houses I would like because the preview thumbnail shows hardly any detail. I am interested in building most of my sims' homes from the ground up, but it's wonderful to see some of the special items that come with these pre-built houses. I will definitely be saving for some of these homes and then remodel them as I desire! I think the first one I'll go for is the Premium Designer House I think the Scandinavian House is overpriced and doesn't look very Scandinavian to me (I live in Scandinavia) but I will save for it and remodel it when I eventually get enough SP for it! LOL That'll take me quite a while, as I've just started and haven't even earned enough SP to add the nightclub to my town yet (first SP goal of mine). But anyways, I am sooooooo grateful for these pictures!! Thank you X 100!

Does anyone know if the Teen Mansion will only be available for a limited time ? I want to demolish some of my more cramped family homes and replace with the 3 story Teen Mansion as a base and want to prioritize what to replace if its only around short term. Thanks !

It has been possible for me to build 2 teen mansions. One free and one for 80 LP. Right now is the opportunity to buy one more gone from my iPad together with the hobby tab. But I strongly believe that it returns with the "Road to Fame" mission, when we get to the middle of November. Whether it will be possible to build more than 2 mansions we will only get to know when we get that far.

And now, after the Teen Idol Quest has started for real, I'm able to build a third mansion also for 80 LP.
