And can you tell me if the prices in SP are dépanding on the total number of houses (like the simoleon ones) or if it stayed fixed as it used to be with the scandinavian house before the update ?

It's back now... Sorry, the resolution too high that it got cut off from my screen...

Oh and the SP price seems to remain the same no matter how many number of houses you have...

I have pictures of the three story unfurnished house: this is on a standard lot and comes with the swimming pool. I have begun to renovate already, and I will post pics later of my remodel. This is on my iPad mini world, AliciaWS720 on GC.

Thank you so much bloodcool, perturbee and lishws720 as well as all the other players who submitted photos of all the new sims houses. I hadn't realized that the royal was now the premium and whatever the 40 sp one was still the economy. I was gone and came back to find out a new update.....

I don't think I like this renovator's dream. Personally not for me but I can see it being amazing to other players.
