i've got the same email last month, which is also 2 months after i submitted my ticket...

i ignored it, because my problem has nothing to check from the cloud save, and a few days later, a reminder email came in to ask for the same thing. Ignored again and no more...

Hi guys!! I play Sims Freeplay on an Ipad Air2. My sounds are missing from the game, not all of them but sounds like the breeze from the island map, the waves from the beach, the sounds from the music in the drumkit, guitar, etc. What is wrong? I dont have the mute button on.. Does anyone have this problem? My game settings are just fine..

Hi! It's not you or your device. Some sounds disappeared with the Monsters and Magic update.
