I can't find this has it changed? I don't see any free instruments. I bought all the 3 star ones to finish the quest quickly but are there others I should have gotten free?

I just finished this quest by a hair! As Mon789 said, they appear under the teen tab in the home store. At least, they did for me. I didn't realize the premium instruments are different from the 10LP ones - I like the look of those better, maybe I should've just bought them during the quest, ha! I bought the one-star version of everything and used 1 LP to rush-finish music writing a few times. Figured it would come out cheaper this way

I'm looking askance at all those timed quests in queue ... blergh.

So they were free? I paid 10LP for each . . . if the 10LP ones are just as well I guess it's OK but I still feel like I missed out on something free. I could have two of everything . . . ha

Here are the ones I paid for. I put them in inventory to make them easier to see. Are these the ones you got free? I bought them as I was trying to complete the goal.

Welcome to the misleading wording of the rewards. It says you've UNLOCKED the premium instruments, but they're not free. Instead of LPs, these 3-star instruments cost §s.

At the time of the original quest (back in November) the first of each premium instrument was free, they changed it with the new quest system.

Oh. They must've changed it with the update early this year. Like how there used to be one free weather machine, but for us it's just unlocked for §70,000? Is the teen idol mansion free to build once the resources are collected?

I do think the 10LP instruments look nicer than the premium ones, and since I hear the teen idol glitch has been patched, it's no great loss for you mommacude
