Bad: when I have Sims doing fashion design I can't collect treasure from dogs or cats! I have to wait until the popping-the-bubbles cycle finishes, and by that time the dog treasure bubble has popped and I have lost the treasure. This makes me unhappy.
Call the dog to the (filled) feeding bowl. This should give time enough to tap all inspiration balloons :)
Okay; I will try this! In my memory I think I'm unable to move anything or tap anything other than the rolling bombs or lightbulbs. I think the screen is frozen while those two items roll above the Sim who has just finished fashion designing. I will report back.

Call the dog before you tap the balloon. Then he won't bark while you cannot tap the treasure-balloon, but most time he will run soon after eating.

Good news for me. Finally reached level 25.

Baby Alexis will forever be in hibernation until I can get enough LP's for the birthday cakes to grow her up to be a preteen. I have no LP's right now because I had to rush the last day of the Mystery Island quests to be able to get the treasure chest.

Good: Inching nearer to level 5 for Terra monuments
Bad: Game lagging badly, especially in 2-storey mansion (1 adult Sim, 3 toddlers)

What helps me with the game lag is quitting the app completely (either force-close on iOS or exit the game on Android). By the looks of it, there is a memory leak somewhere which causes the build-up of lag. Getting that released and starting again helped me. I also noticed that the FB app seems a source of additional lag, killing it gives me a better performance overall.

yup... i'm doing that and killing cached apps every time it lags... now I have to consciously clear up the device RAM before launching SFP...

It might not be FB app alone, but potentially the interaction between both SFP and FB apps. This terrible lag was not present before the Mystery Island update

I agree, it came with the MI update. I'm considering peeking into the system logs while starting and playing the game, maybe it shows something useful (for the devs at FM).
