How to Negotiate Sim Eating Plant?

i dont get when it says negotiate with a plant eating sims can someone help? plz and thx :?:

I think you mean the sim eating plant and not the other way around. Grow a plant with the sim eating icon. If you get the mutant plant out, negotiate with it. Job done.
