I have been making some upgrades in my HFN. I have added a three star toilet, phone, and television. I want to add a three star stereo, but I need a few more SPs. Please let me know if I am missing anything, or if anything else needs upgrading. (And, yes, I know you wouldn't complain, but I want to know really.) I have also added the robocat and robodog.
HFN at #11 West Side. Haunted House at #1 East Side. Three star instruments at #3 East Side.

Very nice house! Only two things, I'm spotting that won't work correctly - your pool toy - his tail has to be away from the edge of the pool or the Sims can't ride it. They get on it from the back and if it's too close to the edge, they won't get on it. Just turn it around so there is room behind it. And I think the haunted dresser is facing the wall? They won't be able to search for ghosts if it's facing the wrong way? Not sure, never tried clicking on one that was facing the wall, but I've had my share of frustrated Sims stamping their feet over pool toys they can't ride at the neighbors! I wonder if the reindeer is contemplating trying to ride it!?
I think, therefore, I Sim! (Or I did before they told me to "harvest" them)

Couldn't find the "bump topic" button the Forum FAQ mentions, so I'm just replying to this thread. Apologies to those subscribed to this topic.

I, too, have added a few more 3 star items to my HFN. I appreciate anyone letting me know if something is not working. If my sims are zombied, I apologize, I save as often as I can. Am continually having to do FB log in. Aggravating. I don't have too many FB neighbors that would be visiting my town anyway. Kind of embarrassed to admit it, but after playing for two years, I just recently noticed that there is an arrow on the button you use to turn your objects around after placement. It will tell you if the object is placed the right direction. I seriously used to place it. Go into game mode. Check it. Re place it :P  geez. Can't believe I never saw that little arrow pointer. It's been very helpful since I noticed it.

Creating a HFN has been on my to do list. I'm always chickening out because I don't know if people really visit me. :?

I always read that people have their go to neighbors because they are familiar with the setup already. Hmm...decisions. Decisions.

I will say that once I used LP to skip a really long neighbor goal, I have participated more in doing neighbor tasks. Have been going to different neighbors to complete them.

I haven't made an HFN yet, but I may add it as a goal. I don't think people visit my Sim town much so I never bothered to make one.

So, you're not the only one! :D

Mine is also listed in my signature section. Since I've added so many friends lately it frustrates me that when I visit I forget which house is for neighbors because have you noticed that the Game Center has started changing your nickname to your real name. So lishws720 and the other side through me off when their real names showed up and I forgot which house I was supposed to visit. Sorry for the mini rant.

Actually I have a few houses that are for HFN. One is the starter house, the other two are #11 & #22 West Side. The Teen House is next to the Volcano. I don't have a haunted house just yet. I have about 50 hours left until it's done but I do have one a temporary adjacent to the starter house all in black. Doctor Who lives there & Jack Harkness has a budding relationship with him for anyone who is fans of a Doctor who LOL.

Nice :)

My main HFN is the Starter House, it has everything but the fire pole which is in #22 West Side. I'm gonna put the fire pole on the starter house as soon as I have the money for a second floor. I decided to make this my HFN 'cause for some reason everything on this house is pink (as pink as you can), so I thought it'd be nice to let people see it :). It's small so there isn't much space but everything you need is there, once I add the second floor I will have more space and more haunted stuff.

Guess who lives there?
