iPhone to Android

Does anyone known if you can transfer SFP from iPhone to android? I am getting a new tablet this evening and was wondering of I could switch my game. It would be so nice to have a big screen.....

I play on my iPad, but my game is also on my android phone, just in case. When the sound quit on my iPad last week, I played on my phone for a couple of days. Just gotta keep backing up to the cloud from your primary device and then you can download it to your other device, as long as you have the same account info. I have both Game Center and FB, although I never use the FB, except to friend somebody that isn't on GC.
I think, therefore, I Sim! (Or I did before they told me to "harvest" them)

Hmm, looks like I will have to use my fb account. I never bothered to link that up and just use Game Center. Thanks for reminding me of that or I would have forgotten.

And Ty for telling me where to look.
