(Game Center) I need a neighbor!

I'm pretty new to sims free play but I only know how to play it from Facebook as I'm using Amazon fire but my question is how would I play from game center? Use a iPad?

Or an iPhone, Game Center is an iOS-only thing.

Hello. I'm fairly new to Sims Freeplay (and new to this forum), it's my first sims game as I wasn't allowed to play when I was younger. I'm very into the gameplay but don't have the money to spend on LP's or simoleans to further my game. If anyone has a pet farm that would be willing to add me, that would be great. If not, I also just need neighbors in general. Thank you for your time.
