I have updated, and am looking for other neighbors who have updated, as I get glitches trying to do tasks in unupdated towns.

I'm at level 34. I don't have a HFN, but I have lots of stuff scattered around.
Haunted house is behind the art studio - there are about 8 cats at that house.
Teen idol mansion with instruments is the only house on the island.
Check out the two biggest beachside homes on the mainland, as there are other things there as well.

My game centre I'd is Regxa. I am level 52. I have no dedicated house for neighbours. I have updated to the life dreams update and have 32 sims. Currently all inspired but this may change if I run out of life points. No arcade or beach area yet.
