Ok sent you an invite ). I am at level 52. 31 sims. Teens pre teens. All building lots full. Mystery island complete. Great ghost hunt .. I completed this morning. So I have all the new objects in the house. I have a beach front property built especially for visiting neighbors. The one with the big pool at the front if it. I have fire poles etc. 30 pools. Let me know what you think when you have visited, please.

Edit: sorry just joined the forum! Realized I should write some details. I have a ghost hunting house with more haunted items than your sim will actually need lol. All buildings are up. I have pools and I add items for the social quests as I come across them and can add stuff if anyone needs anything. I don't have many houses but that's mainly because I tried to centralize everything I need in one house for speed lol.
