Okay, I've been plaything the SFP forever, and I thought you had to get neighbors via Facebook. I would never connect any of my gaming to my fb (I don't want to admit I have a sims addiction to my real life friends lol). So you can go through Game Center? I just tried adding someone (bluebeariscool)... not sure if I did it right. If you add them as a friend will that automatically make them your neighbor if they accept?

You can tap the three dots and connect your game with Game Center and Facebook. Once you have done that you can see your neighbors and visit them in the Party Boat. Hope this helps!
