Have Snow Park but if it's the snowboarding/toboggon goal you have to unlock YOUR ski lift in YOUR town before you can use ski lift in a neighbor town -- so get to skating. It takes awhile. *nods*

Game Center allows you to have neighbors in your Party Boat and visit their towns to get Social points. Sometimes after you accept an add you have to reboot for it to show up in you Party Boat. Adding you now...

I'm fairly new to the game (level 32) and am looking for neighbors, especially anyone with teen instruments. I've got all the public buildings except the Competition Center, 2 houses with haunted items, pets (cats and dogs) in 4 houses, pools in 2 houses, and a number of other quest-related items throughout the neighborhood.
