Does anyone have a list of the regular(original) goals? I am trying to figure out what goals can't be skipped and how many of the goals that can't be skipped. I've been stuck on a goal for what seems like yrs...
Another question regarding how to get past this goal...If I use a friends device to download my game (iOS to android) then go back to my device (iOS) delete the app? then download the app and download my saved game instead of starting a new game...would that work to get past the goal in my game?

What is the goal you're having trouble with? You can skip goals with LP, and get more LP doing hobbies. It sounds like this one needs skipping!! There is a post here viewtopic.php?f=6&t=91 that lists general goals. I'm not sure if there are new ones that haven't been added to the list, but your goal could be on this list.

All regular goals (and all neighbour goals) can be skipped using 5LP. The only ones that can't are the ones for a particular challenge such as the Mystery Island or Teen Idol quests.

I'm stuck on the goal to buy a basic home pack from the online store. I can't skip the goal and I can't access the online store. I was just thinking if I could get past that goal my regular goals would start showing new goals. But I read somewhere about a goal that you can't skip and wondered how many goals can't be skipped.

I didn't think they could MAKE you BUY something from the store. Don't the home packs cost real money? How can they make that a non-skippable goal? It's supposed to be Sims Freeplay, not Sims Freeplay-until-they-force-you-to-buy-something? I hope somebody comes along that can answer your question! The pack in question is free (but you can only get it once, possibly only for the duration of this goal. Is this one of the early introductory goals? - Are you sure you can't skip it - when you click on the goal, there's no yellow arrow on the far right of the box - looks a bit like the fast-forward button on a tape recorder?
What happens when you try to connect to the store (the purple trolly icon)?

Don't know, how many goals belong to the tutorial, but they can't be skipped, because they show new players how the game works. To delete the game, and download your saved data won't help, it's still the same data. But if you have access to the online store with your friend's device, you can fulfill the goal, upload to your cloud and download on your own device.
As HordPrime pointed out, the pack is free. You won't need a password, to get this pack.

It worked! Been busy going through all the goals. But wanted to thank you all again. Even got the key goals, and have a key for this week. How many more weeks are left to get the key goals, 5 weeks?

I don't think the key goals are time limited. It's just the way the general goals are set up so that we will be able to earn a key each week.
