Haunted house available as in-app purchase

I just bought it ....but i can,t build it until i have saved 70 lp and i don,t know if it is in my inventory??? Confused now
You can only purchase one house i think because it is now removed from the store, at least i don,t see it there anymore.

When I have bought bundles at the online store, they disappeared. But the items are available for free at homestore and fancy dress shop. So I guess, it will be the same with this house.

Well, I bought it, but I can't see it until I am allowed to build a new house at Level 36? It did say "confirm purchase of ONE haunted house." I have no idea what it looks like - it was a blank white screen... it's gone now from my store - all I have showing under specials are the bathing suits and the currency / LP bundle. I am 78% of Level 35, so I am not going to pay 70 LP to jump ahead. Will see if it's available as a free build once I level up?

Has anybody actually gotten one that they can start building and can see it on the choices? Do you have to pay 70 LP on top of the $2.99? Or is the 70 LP to unlock your house building level early?

Yesssss.....i had saved the 70 lp to unlock a new house and i,m building the ghost house now.
It was with the other houses to choose from now i have to wait 72 Hours to see how it looks.
But i think it is the same as some sim players already have from a while back. I could,nt see it that wel on the thumbnail but i think it is the same

Having never spent a dime on this game, I took the plunge and spent the 2.99 for the haunted house. BEWARE! It is nowhere to be found! I suspect that is because the only lots I have left to build on are premium lots. I put in a ticket to fire monkeys. I'm guessing that will be the problem but am quite attached to all my houses and won't demo one until I know for sure that I can only build it on a regular lot. My thoughts are if you pay real money, you should be able to place it wherever you'd like. I'd like for it to be on the premium lot right behind my existing HH. Will update if I ever hear from the Monkeys. Otherwise, guess I'm out 3 bucks. Lesson learned.

Yes, I found mine only when I went to a standard lot. But I agree, if you're buying it with real money it should be able to go wherever.

The original haunted house came out before premium lots were available. SO I'm guessing they haven't redone the house just to fit it on a premium lot.
I have the haunted house from last year and I've only ever been able to build it on a standard lot. They should put a warning on the purchase though, stating it can only be built on standard lots.

Oh, good, then I am going to wait. I should be leveling up tomorrow, I think. I have 2 standard lots left, over by Oliver's house by the car dealership. Have to decide if I want it by the river or over by the unfinished sign.... Hmmmm, gotta go look at the neighbors that have one, so I can see the yard and stuff again.

Well, I'm bummed about that. I'll have to place it way away from where I wanted it because there's only one house I'm willing to demolish. Now I'll have to go read that thread and figure out how to do that. I've never gotten rid of any of my homes. Boo Monkeys.

I know you save all the furniture, windows and doors first - put them all in inventory and relocate the family is one is living there. At least you'll have all the furniture, fixtures, windows and stuff to use for another house or for the second story of an existing house if you have one that needs to go up, rather than out! I wish they had let us know they were going to do this - I would have left my corner lot over by the museum empty for it (I put my self-made HH there during the ghost escape thing - it's just a modified studio, that I made the rooms bigger and surrounded with conifers. Just barely enough room for the scary putting green...
