Haunted house available as in-app purchase

To get rid of a house, delete it room by room first. In construction mode, just tap at the centre of the room. You will get a popup asking whether you want to delete the room and keep the things in inventory. You might have to manually keep leftover items as a few sometimes gets left behind, and of course the garden stuff too. When the lot is totally empty, you can demolish it.

Thanks, Karen and Palmjill. I know that the monkeys monitor this site and adjust accordingly. We should all use that to our benefit. I know it was said on here that people would pay for a haunted house. Then, voila! One is for sale. I'm doubtful it was a long term plan of theirs. They identified a revenue source. Not well thought out regarding the different lots. There wasn't even a picture of it on the homestore. Now I have the conundrum that I have two birthday cakes waiting in the home I need to demolish. Not really ready for two more teens yet. I like my preteens. Only have one toddler and can't have another for three more levels. Don't think the birthday cakes will get saved along with the stove in inventory and don't want to lose them. Dang it. There is another house I could demolish and then rebuild on a premium lot I suppose. I wonder how long that haunted house I bought and never got will hang out there in cyberspace? Oh well, it'll all work out. Thanks for letting me know how to get the job done when the time comes, I appreciate it very much.
( I should explain the my grand kids play my game and if my birthday cakes are in inventory they are able to accidentally grow up one of the baby/toddler/preteens. That's why they reside on a stove in the inventory house)

Sadly you can't move nor keep an oven with the baked goods on it. So looks like you might have to juggle the other housing lots. I presume your haunted house should be there waiting for you once you free up a standard lot!

I'm also going to take the plunge and spend my first money on SFP by buying this house.
Fortunately I hadn't built a haunted house yet, only a temporary one for the Halloween challenge.
So I will be taking that down and then place the bought house there.
The rest of the spooky furniture will go onto a houseboat, where I want a vampire lady to live.
But I'll have to wait till lvl 46 before I can add another sim to town (almost on lvl 45, patience...)

Hmm - I'm on a Kindle and really want the haunted house but it isn't in my Amazon store or the houses available in the game. I will definitely buy it for real money so I hope it appears. I couldn't build a new house because I was at the limit without paying 70 LP so I demolished one on a regular lot to see if that was why I didn't have the option to buy or build it. But still it's not there.

I don't understand why people have different items to buy in the Amazon store???

I wasn't playing SFP last Halloween so I've been really wanting this house.

I'd pay real money for that singing fish too.

I bought mine. $2.99. Then when you go to click on lot it's just there "free". Great deal in my book. Even if I don't like some things I can modify. It's a whole house! I have the stairs I got and the elevator from when it went on sale so I'll just build up. I just want there to be enough yard for the big ass haunted tree! Three days... I'm so excited. Yay!

Took the plunge and demo'd a house. Thanks for the help doing that! I chose a different house than any I was thinking of before. Now my haunted house is being constructed on a standard lot! It would not show up for a premium lot but was there once I freed up a standard lot. Good marketing strategy for the monkeys. Just wish they'd warn people about the type of lot required to build it!

I thought it was in there somewhere... I knew it somehow.. I figure it's good we just got those stairs so go vertical. Regardless it's cheaper than any other house or even an empty lot and then building. I'm thrilled. It's stunning. I'm having a pleasant moment with FireMonkeys! Yay!!!

Now give me back my hair and clothes you stole and make something new for those worthless teens! It was robbery plain and simple. I want my hair baaaaacckkkkkk!!!!!

I just checked and it is not available on my Android store. I wasn't able to get this before because I just recently started playing the game. The Haunted House has *never* been visible in my online store. I would definitely buy this because I want a more authentic looking haunted house, but it's not there I am able to build a house right now and I have plenty of LP, so the only thing missing is the HH in my Store
