Haunted house available as in-app purchase

Haven't tried to insert pictures before, but will try to do so here (breaking up into three pictures since I was having trouble fitting it all in one):

I think some people were wondering whether the purchased haunted house had the same special fence, lawn, and graveyard that the old one did - and while I've only seen pictures of the old haunted house, this one looks the same to me (including all those things).

Ah, also - now that my haunted house is done building, I checked to see if it would still appear as an option on the standard house lots (i.e. whether this is "one" house or multiple).

After building one, the haunted house still appears as an option for me, but it's no longer "free".

Yes it is the same as the original haunted house. The LP cost goes up by 2 LPs after ?15 houses so it costs 23 LPs for me.

BTW asi recall the table in the dining room CANNOT seat 10 as the 4 middle seats arent accesible from the sides so if you get them to sit it will seat 6. butbyou have to be quick. i put 2 thanksgiving table in separated by enough space to walk around and total seating is 12.

I checked this morning and it's still not available on Android So I started building my Teen Idol Mansion. Maybe when that's done building, the Haunted House will be available to Android and Kindle users!

While we're talking about in app purchases, I purchased the premium home bundle at level 23. I didnt know that everything in the bundle had already been made available to me. I was thinking that it would be objects that were not in the home store. Am I wrong about this?

I am trying to decide if I should put my haunted house on an empty lot (the only 2 left are over by the car lot, one close to the river and one on the edge of the plat map). I do have a house over by the museum that I could demolish and put it there - if you have a haunted house, are you happy with the lot it's on? If you were able to rebuild it for free, which lot would be your preference (not a premium lot, a regular lot)... Not sure if it's better to kind of hide it on the edge of town or have it right next door to two of my most active families.
