Buildings and goals not completing.

Hi All,

Not sure if it just me that is having an issue here however: I have completed ALL coming of age tasks and the higher learning tasks and I am not able to turn my preteen into a teen. It is telling me to complete the coming of age quest and that the birthday action is locked. I have the option to adopt a preteen and I just turnd a toddler into a preteen so have plenty of birthday cakes to do these. I am also trying to finish the HIghschool and it is not completed either. All the boxes are checked it wont let me finish building it. It took my money and now I cant build any other structure. I don't want to start again as I have spent some money on this game and I cant take the progress with me if I start over. Any suggestions as to how to either redo the quests again to try to activate the completion of them or how to completely fix this issue?

Firstly, thanks for replying. I have completed all those tasks and Osiris has since disappeared. I click on the highschool and both boxes are checked off and saying that they completed. Nothing at all is happening. I can't move on to anything else as goals require a teen and other buildings. Don't want to throw away all progress.

Okay.

Try this:

Save your progress in the Cloud.

Reset your game

Then download your saved progress in the cloud tab.

Usually glitches can be resolved by this tip.
