Small green flashing green rectangle floating in game???

There is an occasional appearance of a small green flashing rectangle that floats in my game. When I move the screen, the rectangle stays put. It flashes three times, then a pause, then three times and repeats. When I go off screen and come back it's usually gone. It mostly happens at my haunted house. It's no big deal but wondered if anyone knows why it does that? I'll add some screen shots.

I have had it too. I'm pretty sure it means nothing, just a little bug

It's the sim's needs box. You know, the one that flashes when your sims do things that fulfills their needs like eating, going to the toilet, planting etc. Somehow the flashing that should go to the needs box went elsewhere on the screen.

I've noticed it too. It only starts after I collect my daily rewards from the mailbox and the party boat. But it only does it when my Sims use their coffee maker.

Because using the coffee maker fills your sim's sleep bar.

Thanks, everyone. It doesn't happen that often but now at least I know what it is. It's weird that the flashing is there long after any sims needs have been met. Like they'll be on to ghost hunting or gardening or whatever and there's this little floating flashing rectangle hangin out. Weird. Thanks.

Get it too from time to time. As it first appeared I thought it indicated that my battery was low.

It's the FireMonkeys spying on your town. They sneak in and steal clothes and hairstyles. They suck them out through the green rectangular portal. They steal resources too that's why you can't find any. ITS A CONSPIRACY!!!
