I'm new but I have a question
I'm doing the road to fame quest, but now I have to make a plan at the schoolbord that's somewhere near the lake.
But I can't find it..

I want to buy one and put it back there, there were a few options I remember that I wanted my sim to go back and try.

But with the time limit I just did the quest then poof gone.

I'm sure I've seen a large board in one of the pre-made houses but can't remember which. There's a small blackboard/easel for children but I'd like a large one for my Cookery School.

There's only the Elementary School Teacher's Blackboard which can be bought at the Promotions Store. This is NOT the same as the one the OP was talking about; that is a special one only used for the Teen Idol quest and vanishes shortly thereafter (they do look the same though).
