Sleep thru alarm quest?

I have a social goal quest to sleep they the alarm at a neighbours house, i tried to just sleep in a neighbours bed as there was no alarm and that did not work, i have looked thru every house in every neighbours house and no one has an alarm, i cannot see an alarm in the store either. How to complete this quest?

Sorry another one >.< woohoo with a neighbour, i get be nice, dance, be funny, complain, be rude but no woohoo. Do i need a specific level of friendship to get that option? I only hit L9 today so only just starting visiting neighbours

You need to be "Partners" with a neighbour, so you need to keep being Romantic until your status goes up through Budding Romance, Dating and finally Partner.
