I just bought the paradise furniture pack for $14.99 AUD and it only contain 3 new items which are (sorry phone won't screen shot) an outdoor bar with light blue stripes on the top, an outdoor lounging poolside chair to match and a singular indoor Latin chair to match the Latin lounge then you get free rugs being the mustard coloured ones that are part of the original rug designs from the start of the game

As Thuraya says, the furniture you are describing sounds like Latin Villa furniture. The Paradise Parlour pack includes 4 new items and a wallpaper. You get one of each item for free - is there a "New Purchases" tab in your inventory? That will be were any free items are until you claim them.

I'm guessing the mustard colored rugs you are referring to are the Latin American rugs that were added in the 2014 holiday update and are the limited time prize for completing the A Dance to Remeber quest within the time limit. Those were the first rugs in the game.

I have investigated further to find I can now purchase the Latin kitchen counters, oven, new plants and a few other bits n bobs from the purple % tab in the home store using social points

Everyone has access to the Latin Villa items in the home store right now as part of a sale on SP items. In my seniors game I have not done the A Dance to Remeber quest yet so I haven't unlocked the salsa hobby to unlock the Latin Villa but I still have the items for sale.

Yes, it's the same bundle that Huaca Flora posted here except now it has a name and is a little cheaper.

It's odd (and a little tricky) that the offer still shows even though you have the clothes. Like how the Coachella outfits showed in the online store even for those who had them. I hope they fix that.

Beachside Escape is offered at around less than 5 bucks in our currency. So what's so special about it? I just about have almost all the houses from the quest, except this one. Is there something special that I can not get even getting it from the Achitectural houses?

I just fall in the temptation of getting the Adidas Women outfit set. It's priced around 65 cents in our currency. I think it's the cheapest rate so far I have seen this bundle being offered. Before it's was priced around a dollar on sale. Or may it's just because our currency has fallen in value
