I resaved it on my Samsung and had to click upload and it matched my Samsung game. Then when I went to the Kindle to transfer game from Samsung, I also hit upload and it matched. I thought when we were switching to a new device, we click the download on the new device from the cloud. It's matching now, but not sure where I went wrong.

That is strange. Yes, usually when switching to a different device you want to click the download not the upload. I'm glad they are showing the same game now!
