Hi, where/how can I get an umbrella like that?

As Simsfanatic said, it was indeed in the game already. You can find the umbrellas at the clothing store, accessing via town map (the stores), the mall or any wardrobe or chest you have at your sims' houses. Some of the umbrellas cost simoleons and others cost LP.

First time I recall them offering a templated home that's in the game from the start for (too many) real life dollars.

Never could understand why it was called a mansion as it seems pretty ordinary to me. Maybe it was the best home when the SFP game first launched?

They offered the Designer Home last year in another bundle like this.

I've always been confused by the "Mansion" part, too. The original templates were: Empty Lot, Unfurnished Studio, Furnished Townhouse, One Bedroom Home, Mansion, The Sanctuary, Dark Secret, Sim Cinema, Geek Haven, Medieval Castle, Sci-Fi Shuttle, and the now removed Vampire's Den and Sharehouse.

Other than the Sharehouse it was the only house that had two bedrooms. Maybe that's why they called it a Mansion?

I just bought them, my spending has gotten too far. At least it's not over price, and my female sims looking snatched. I love the heels, I'm not sure if their available separate in the shoe section, would of been nice to make my own look with those heels.

I love the dresses, but am not crazy about the shoes. Is there any way we can change the shoes?
