Yes. Once you demolish a house, you can build any other house you want in it's place.

My empty lot shows a Green house icon which, when I click on it, shows a choice of "viewing house", then shows my empty lot. How can I change the Green house icon to Grey that will allow me the choice to build the Scandinavian House? (This must be "clear as mud"! lol )

You've torn down your building but you haven't officially "demolished" your building lot. After you click on the green house icon scroll past "view house" until you come to a red house that will say "demolish". Click and this will officially demolish your building lot and give you the option to build again on that lot.

To the right of the view house option, u will get demolish option

THANK YOU one and all!!!!! I have never once noticed the ability to scroll past "view house". And I am on level 46! My goal has been achieved....Scand. house is on its way!!!!

With my population explosion, I've had to build new homes & redecorate old ones to accommodate the new kiddies. 1 more home to go and now have to split the daycare to just toddlers and build a preteen after school home. Lol

Save up to add 2nd stories to all of my main homes. I've had to get super creative with the single story homes.

4) Getting my first Teen Idol mansion... I still need some resources for the Sim Town Sign but I'll get there .
5) I think I'm gonna change this one for "Completing my HFN", It still needs a couple of things

4) Still working on it *snores*. I'm growing another kid so maybe he can help me with this. I only have one teenager . I'm not a fan of non-adult sims.
5) Done! My HFN is done, now it has a second story and the fire pole. It looks better now.

I have finished all my previous goals except for the weather machines, but all of my inhabited houses have them except one. I am trying to build up my LP and SP stash, so I can do some remodeling.

I am getting back to real life after Christmas break, so I don't have as much time to play. I am enjoying NOT having any goals to finish right now other than the regular weekly ones and the neighbor goals.
