Strange, because I'd expect 5 and 6, taking into account the deleted Sim.
I haven't deleted anybody in the low end on my regular game and the ones I tested with and there they matched up. (Two test games visiting my regular game).
I also noticed no spouse errors when I tested those with the same slots.
Possibly I deleted one more sim, which was created before Bobby's parents. I don't remember
